Your Information Choices

You can read the atlas without an account. The message tool prepares text locally and does not submit your entries to us.

Who is responsible

Palszappaperbalcony Design Limited is responsible for personal information it handles in connection with this resource. Our registered office is 42 Pearse Street, Dublin 2, D02 YX88, Ireland; company registration number 781246. For privacy questions, write to [email protected].

Local drafts, clipboard and downloads

The contact tool uses your entries to construct a preview in your browser. Its code does not transmit the entries, place them in cookies or save them to localStorage. Copy Message writes the prepared text to your clipboard when permitted. Download Text creates a file on your device. Your browser, clipboard manager, extensions or device backup settings may retain information independently. Clear drafts or downloaded files on shared devices when appropriate.

Information you choose to email

If you email us, we receive your address, message, attachments and associated email metadata. We use this information to respond, consider corrections, administer correspondence and address legal or security issues. Do not include medical records, identifiable athlete health data or confidential project information. Email is a separate service from the local message tool.

Technical information and lawful bases

Hosting and email services may process technical records such as IP addresses, request times, requested pages and delivery information for operation and security. We rely on legitimate interests for proportionate security, ordinary correspondence and maintaining the resource, taking account of your rights. Where processing is necessary to meet a legal obligation, that obligation is the basis. Optional consent-based technologies, if offered, must be described through the relevant consent controls before use.

Service providers and transfers

Information may be handled by hosting, email and technical service providers where necessary to operate the resource, or disclosed where required by law. We do not sell personal information. Where a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, applicable transfer requirements must be met, including appropriate safeguards where required. You may contact us for details relevant to your correspondence.

Retention

Correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, including follow-up, security and applicable legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised. Retention depends on the nature of the enquiry; we do not treat every message as a permanent project record. The local tool itself creates no server-side message archive.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent where consent is the basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need proportionate information to verify a request. You can complain to Ireland’s Data Protection Commission or the relevant supervisory authority.
